Rates

Initial Visit, 1 1/2 hours: $90.00
Regular Visit, 1 hour: $65
Facial Rejuvenation: $195, Packages Available

We do accept insurance, however coverage for acupuncture varies widely and will depend on your individual policy.  We would be happy to contact your insurance company to determine whether or not you have benefits for acupuncture.  You will be responsible for all deductibles, co-pays, or payments for conditions not covered by your policy.  If the company is not willing to work with Elevation Acupuncture & Herbs directly, you can pay for your treatments and we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.
